EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED, trading as Easy Sales CRM, respects your right to control your personal and business data. This Account Deletion Policy explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data during the process.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Easy Sales CRM account by:
- Submitting a deletion request through your dashboard (if enabled)
- Contacting our support team at support@easysalescrm.com
For security purposes, we may require identity verification before processing the request.
2. What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once we receive your request, our team will confirm and review it within 48–72 hours. After verification, your account will be scheduled for deletion.
2.1 Grace Period
After confirmation, your account will enter a 7-day grace period. During this time, you may cancel the deletion request if submitted by mistake.
2.2 Final Deletion
At the end of the grace period, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your user profile and login credentials
- All CRM data including leads, contacts, messages, and notes
- Team members under your organization
- Files, logs, and integration data
Once deletion is completed, it is irreversible. Data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
3. Data We May Retain
To comply with legal, regulatory, and security requirements, EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED may retain:
- Payment records and invoices (tax & accounting compliance)
- Security and system logs
- Data required to prevent fraud or misuse
Any retained data is securely stored and never used for analytics or marketing.
4. Impact on Team Members & Integrations
Deleting your account will also:
- Remove access for all team members linked to your organization
- Disconnect all third-party integrations (WhatsApp, email providers, etc.)
- Revoke all API tokens, connected apps, and webhook configurations
5. Reactivating a Deleted Account
Once your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be restored. You may create a new account, but previous data will not be recoverable.
