EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED, trading as Easy Sales CRM

1. About the Company

Easy Sales CRM is operated by EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED, a company registered in Kenya. By using this platform, you are entering into an agreement with EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Easy Sales CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Permitted Use

Easy Sales CRM may be used only for lawful business sales activities. You may not use the platform to send spam, conduct fraud, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or weekly basis in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payment is processed via M-Pesa, Debit Card, or PayPal. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Data Ownership

You own all data you input into Easy Sales CRM, including leads, contacts, and messages. EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED does not claim ownership of your data. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Easy Sales CRM is provided 'as is'. EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 3 months.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. EAZYCRM INVESTMENTS LIMITED may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees after adequate notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
